If choosing excerpts from a Polygraph article, users must note that the material is an excerpt and must refrain from altering the meaning, name or integrity of the product. RFE/RL and VOA reserve the right to revoke permission for use of their content at any time.
VOA and RFE/RL are affiliated with the Broadcasting Board of Governors, a federal agency that supervises all U.S.-government-supported civilian international media.
