Permission to Use Polygraph Content

Polygraph is a joint project of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (“RFE/RL”) and Voice of America (“VOA”). Polygraph features content created and owned by both RFE/RL and VOA.

Polygraph welcomes the re-use, republication, and redistribution of text content published on this website. The sale of Polygraph content, however, is strictly prohibited.

In addition to content owned by RFE/RL and VOA, Polygraph may publish content licensed from third parties. It is the user’s responsibility to acquire all necessary rights and licenses to use such third-party content.

When re-using Polygraph content, the user must credit Polygraph by including:

· A permanent link, placed before the text of the article, to the original article on the Polygraph website.

· A visible credit to Polygraph.

If choosing excerpts from a Polygraph article, users must note that the material is an excerpt and must refrain from altering the meaning, name or integrity of the product. RFE/RL and VOA reserve the right to revoke permission for use of their content at any time.

VOA and RFE/RL are affiliated with the Broadcasting Board of Governors, a federal agency that supervises all U.S.-government-supported civilian international media.
